Cancelation Policy

Your reservations with Ridings & Co. are very important. We understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

We require a credit or debit card on file prior to scheduling all appointments.

Failure to give 48 hour notice by phone, text or email will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment.

Failure to give any notice by the scheduled start of your appointment time will result in a charge of 100% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment.

All charges will be billed at the end of the day of the missed appointment. We request that all cancellations be made via phone, text or email .
